 "description": "<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>The California Department of Water Resources (DWR), North Central Region Office (NCRO), Bathymetry Data Collection Section, conducted a bathymetric survey of Sugar Cut for the Division of Operations and Maintenance, Water Projects Planning and Management Branch.
