The imagery has been orthorectified.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Task 1 – Survey Control </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Survey Control was based on ABGPS and CORS stations. In addition, photo control points were transferred from the 2018 orthophoto project (Task Order 24).</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Task 2 – Airborne Data Acquisition</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Four band (RGB-IR) imagery was acquired for the study area on June 8 and 10, 2021. The airborne mission was conducted as the following times:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>June 8, 2021 - 11:04am to 1:31pm </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>June 10, 2021 - 9:42am to 12:21pm </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The mission plan was based on the following parameters:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Camera: Vexcel UltraCAM Falcon Prime</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Nominal Resolution: 13.5 cm</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Altitude: 8000 ft AMT</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Task 3 – Terrain Modeling </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Terrain data used for the orthorectification process were supplied by lidar data from Task Order 28 (Suisun Marsh LiDAR Survey), the USGS 3D Elevation Program (3DEP), and updated where necessary by stereo-digitizing from the new aerial imagery. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Task 4 – Orthophoto Generation </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Analytical aerotriangulation was performed on the imagery using INPHO's MATCH AT software. The orthorectification and mosaicking was performed using OrthoMaster and OrthoVista software. In accordance with typical mapping practice, the imagery was rectified at ground level. Therefore, the tops of above-ground features (such as rooftops, tops of structures, tops of trees, tops of poles, etc.) may not necessarily appear in their correct horizontal positions.
